Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. A tracking number is sent to your nominated email address once your order has been collected by the carrier.

Customs and Duties

All duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees on delivery.

Pre-Order Items

Items purchased on pre-order are dispatched within the time frame stated on the product page. If a pre-order is delayed, a member of our team will be in touch directly. Orders containing both available and pre-order items are dispatched separately at no additional cost. Full payment is captured at the time of order.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched via express carrier with full tracking. A signature may be required on delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Item Availability

In the rare instance an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or full refund.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

COHAR is not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We recommend nominating a secure delivery location. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with the carrier to resolve.
