Returns

If a piece is not right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return

  • Begin a return through your account or by contacting client@coharstudio.com.
  • A prepaid return label will be issued for most regions.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

Leather & Shearling

Leather and shearling pieces are individually inspected on return. Natural marks, grain variation and patina are inherent to the material and are not considered faults. Made-to-order pieces are final sale unless faulty.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original — this is the fastest way to secure your replacement while stock lasts.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event a piece arrives faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and an image. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund including any shipping costs.
