Leather Care
Treated well, leather only improves. A few simple habits will keep your Cohar pieces supple for decades.
Everyday
Allow leather to breathe between wears and store on a wide hanger, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid prolonged contact with water; if a piece becomes wet, let it dry naturally at room temperature.
Conditioning
Condition full-grain pieces two to three times a year with a colourless leather balm, worked in with a soft cloth. Suede should be brushed gently with a suede brush to lift the nap.
Cleaning
For anything beyond surface dust, we recommend a specialist leather cleaner. Do not machine wash or dry clean conventionally. Our team can recommend a trusted atelier in your city.
